Inspiring, as always!

My favorite part was watching Olga paints the eyes and seeing the face take shape so quickly with only a minimal number of brushstrokes

Fabulous

My favorite part how Olga brought the dog to life and fitted so well with the background she create last week. I learnt to let it happen and don't be afraid of colour. Putting it to practice is the challenge

Olga is marvelous and I am inspired to paint

Very entertaining and helpful . My favorite part is watching and hearing how Olga thinks. I am trying to learn to wet outside the lines. I wish I could watch the lessons over and over. I am old and have been painting tight, tight, tight a long time. Do not have much time to paint as old is slow and just keeping up with life is difficult. Once thought when you got old you could sit in rocker and do what you want, but if you are the healthy one, In your crowd, you stay busy. Olga is marvelous and I am inspired to paint, if I could only have a day no one else has

I’m reminded to lighten up and enjoy my experience

Septemberville "Sophie Dog Portrait" was wonderful! My favorite part is Olga's loose relaxed style. I’m reminded to lighten up and enjoy my experience. I wish - well, I don’t think I would change anything. I always love Olga's sessions 🙂

Septemberville "Sophie Dog Portrait" was inspiring and I looked it most willingly!

My favorite part was when Olga showed how to paint the eyes and decided which way to turn the paper before painting so the background will be the best. I learnt to focus at one thing at one time instead of trying to paint the outlines first. It is a pity Olga has to be in Facebook to see other artists paintings

Getting better with my artwork this way is the way to go for me

Septemberville "Monarches & Rudbeckia" went down well here in the Uk it was a lovely live stream from beginning to end I learned from your rudbeckia painting how beautiful a simple wash gives such a peaceful and interesting background and the butterfly a little extra but not intruding as to spoil what was already there on paper I am looking forward to watching Olga's lessons and getting better with my artwork this way is the way to go for me

Let the watercolour paint do the work and let things happen

"Monarches & Rudbeckia" Septemberville was wonderful. My favorite part is when Olga put brush to paper and let those wonderful colours sing. I learnt how important it is to relax and let the watercolour paint do the work and let things happen. I wish I could be better prepared by having the right colours on hand

Understand how to look to the painting after the first washes and try to find shapes

I really enjoyed "Monarches & Rudbeckia" "Septemberville'18". Was my first time live. I think it was really useful to understand how to look to the painting after the first washes and try to find shapes really helped. I managed to do a butterfly, although I wasn't prepared with the colors so my palette ended up a bit different then Olga's. I still struggle to find a balance between the amount of pigment and water I use, so my butterfly wash is to strong what makes it difficult to continue the painting

Each time I do I learn something new

Septemberville "Monarches & Rudbeckia" was excellent. I came in late a hectic day but managed to see some of it. I would like to replay it again from the beginning. My favorite part is how Olga's brush just flows across the paper and how she explains things. Olga doesn't rush and how she helped make me see shapes in a wash. That is amazing. I learnt that I need to practice more with washes and really take the time to look and observe. I wish ..........cannot think of anything. Olga is a real INSPIRATION. Now that winter is coming hopefully I will get more time to tune and get inspired and loosen up. I would dearly like to become a member. I feel I have to start over with my watercolours. I have always found watercolour a challenge but I am not willing to give it up especially when I see what Olga makes possible with a brush and paint. I just adore her style of freedom, looseness and no pencil method

Leaning about the "triangle"

Septemberville "Monarches & Rudbeckia" was super! Your enthusiasm makes watching even more enjoyable. Leaning about the "triangle" when Olga was deciding about the butterfly was quite helpful. Looking for a shape... I have to exercise more patience-LOL. And, yes, I would like to see Olga finish that painting next week!

It's very hard for me to see an image in the wash

I really enjoyed the "Monarches & Rudbeckia" demo and it was good to again watch how Olga does washes. I've been practicing and am looking forward to this week's lesson. Like many of us who watched, it's very hard for me to see an image in the wash, or imagine what it can become. I'll look forward to watching how Olga creates something from her washes

Septemberville has recharged those batteries for me.

I have painted quite regularly until the end of July then life got in the way but after watching Septemberville I got back on track and took your advice to carve out time each day to paint- routine, practice and constant exploration of this medium is so exciting. Olga is an inspiration and as a member I am going back to her tutorials and revisiting some of Olga's very valuable lessons – each time I do I learn something new!
