More roses!

Painting a rose with new tube of watercolor paint Potter’s Pink by Winsor and Newton.

This watercolor paint Potter’s Pink by Winsor and Newton is one more gift for myself which I do every month. Last month and his time I was interested what watercolors are the most popular among artists, what are the most “out of stock” watercolors in art supplies stores. And this is a result of my research — Potter’s Pink by Winsor and Newton. Let’s check out why.

Sqeezed first dot looks like my favorite lipstick color: natural nude “make up without make up” style. Let’s see how it flows.

I saw a miracle right now. Noticed how fine, gradually and confident one dot covers and settles on paper.

My piece of paper looks like a piece of velvet fabric, cozy flannel beddings. This color is so beautiful. No matter what to paint it promises solace and chic on any painting. I want to play a lot with it. 5 ml tube I had “to try” is so small!

For me this is “Damp Velvet in a tube”, or “vintage rose”.
